Photo-aging is damaging to the skin and occurs as a result of many years of sun exposure. Both types of rays contribute to the risk of developing skin cancer.
REDUCE STRESS: Stress is believed to cause chemical reactions within the body that can affect a number of immune-related conditions. Lowering stress can have healthy benefits to your body.
GET UP AND MOVE: It doesn’t take more than 20 to 30 minutes a few times per week to maintain a healthy exercise regime. You already know how important it is to move. Avoid White Carbohydrates: (sugar, flour, bread, crackers, dairy).Incorporate more whole grains and protein into your diet. Get good carbs from fruits & vegetables.
Eat several small meals throughout the day instead of large ones.

DON’T SMOKE: Smoking can restrict blood flow and oxygen essential to maintaining healthy cells that help keep skin looking youthful.
