Our practice is also home to some of the finest breast and body contouring specialists around. We offer a host of comprehensive surgical and non surgical treatment options proven to help you maintain a youthful-looking appearance or restore areas of the face and body that have been altered by age, pregnancy, weight loss, sun damage or other factors over the years. We are in the business of helping you look and feel your best, not only on the outside, but on the inside too. The true rewards of our efforts are seen every day in the confidence our patients exude following their procedures. But our belief is that maintaining beauty starts with prevention.

We can provide incredibly, dramatic results through a variety of safe, effective non-invasive treatments that require little to NO downtime! Many of the these treatments are performed within minutes…on your lunch break…having you back to work or other activities within an hour! A combination of in-office, non surgical treatments is popularly referred to as the “Lunch-Time” Facelift. However. Dr. David Alessi developed the FAB Facelift, a combination of treatments that can provide results much like those seen from a traditional, surgical facelift. FAB Facelift

The FAB Facelift is a revolutionary way to take years off of your appearance without surgery. This treatment, developed by Dr. David Alessi, uses a combination of the latest non-surgical enhancements to create dramatic results much like those of a traditional, surgical facelift. Our Beverly Hills office is your exclusive source for the FAB Facelift. While almost every cosmetic practice offers some type of non-surgical facelift these days, the FAB Facelift stands apart, with many of our patients saying that they look five to ten years younger after only minutes in our office.

The FAB Facelift isn’t just about achieving “FABulous” results. The name itself explains the techniques used for facial enhancement:
F - Fillers (such as Restylane®, JUVÉDERM® and RADIESSE®) are used to smooth out lines on the cheeks and around the mouth, such as nasolabial folds (extending from the nose to the mouth) and marionette lines (extending from the corners of the mouth down to the chin). These dermal fillers can also improve facial volume lost that can result in a hollow appearance in the face, below the eyes or cheeks.
A - Ablation (removal of surface layers of skin) is achieved through laser skin rejuvenation. We can use Fraxel®, Photofacial IPL, and other laser therapies in combination to encourage skin renewal for beautiful results.
B - BOTOX® Cosmetic is used to reduce wrinkles on the upper face, outer corners of the eyes (crow’s feet), between the eyebrows and across the forehead. By including BOTOX treatment, the FAB Facelift is actually more comprehensive than a surgical facelift, which only focuses on the lower half or third of the face.

Local anesthesia is applied to the treatment areas to maximize comfort. The combined treatment can be completed in an hour or less. Downtime is minimal, and our FAB Facelift patients will be able to see improvements immediately after treatment. Wrinkles treated with BOTOX will take a few days to diminish and skin tone should continue to improve as dead and dull surface layers of the skin are gradually replaced by new, smoother layers beneath. The FAB Facelift can address these and other cosmetic concerns:
Wrinkles on the cheeks and forehead and around the eyes and mouth
Deep vertical furrows between the brows
Hollowness in the cheeks
Minor skin sagging
Skin with sun damage, age spots, blotchiness, rosacea, or enlarged pores

Results will last several months before a touch-up treatment is required. Not all components of the FAB Facelift will need to be performed at each follow-up visit. For instance, BOTOX treatments may be scheduled about four months apart, while laser skin rejuvenation results may last a year or more.

Non Profit - Face Forward

Face Forward

The mission of Face Forward is to provide physical and emotional reconstruction for women and children who have been victimized by domestic or gang-related violence. Face Forward vows to provide each victim with the best possible treatment, pro bono. Face Forward provides physical and emotional reconstruction for women and children who have been victimized by domestic or gang-related violent crimes. They provide the financial means to individuals who cannot afford the medical fees associated with reconstructive surgery and emotional healing. Not only are these crimes physically disfiguring and abusive, the on-going psychological affects can be just as scarring to victims.

Many victims need help in finding the courage and confidence to rebuild productive lives and find it difficult to assimilate back into society; whether socially with family and friends or professionally in obtaining or maintaining employment. For those individuals who are committed to their recovery, Face Forward offers a number of services by partnering with local community centers for housing, counseling, job searches and legal assistance. There are many other people, organizations and teams that join forces to aid in the recovery process of victims, helping them regain the confidence lost following their traumatic event.

Face Forward’s team of skilled surgeons and specialists have profoundly changed the lives of so many in need and want to continue their efforts by making a difference in so many more affected by these violent crimes. Working with communities throughout the United States, they respond to women and children by providing a way to physically erase the past and enable victims to put their best face forward toward recovery and a new beginning.

We encourage you to join the Alessi Institute in supporting this dedicated non-profit organization. “The pro bono work I’ve dedicated to Face Forward victims has been some of the most rewarding of my surgical career. The rewards come simply from seeing so many women and children overcome adversity, gain confidence and go on to live productive lives”, says Dr. Alessi.

Patient Photos

The popular phrases “seeing is believing.” “a picture’s worth a thousand words.” and “beauty is in the eye of the beholder” each ring true for so many things we are able to witness with our own eyes.

And when it comes to cosmetic surgery, it is critical to view the actual patient photo results of any plastic surgeon you’re considering to perform your surgery or non-surgical treatments. Results should look as natural as possible, without revealing exactly what has been altered, but rather revealing–overall–a more refreshed, younger-looking face or a more shapely, proportionate and contoured body.

At the Alessi Institute of Beverly Hills cosmetic surgery office, our goal is to achieve dramatic improvement with the most natural looking results for each patient. Upon scheduling a private consultation, you will be able to view many additional photos of those patients who have given us permission to share their photos “in office” only.
